Some brides ask us whether the veil comb is easily removable. Instead of having to wear two combs (veil comb + the bride's hair accessory comb), some crafty brides (or their seamstress) want to detach the veil from the original comb & re-attach the veil to their own bridal hair comb to reduce comb bulk. Veils sold are commonly sewn onto the comb in a non-removable method.

All veils are steamed before shipping. In the meantime, please store in a concealed bag to protect from snags, damage & debris. Steam again before your big day. Unfortunately Bridal Spree does not offer custom veils. We may consider that in the future when we have the capacity.

If the veil has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage for a free replacement or a full refund.

If there is a postal shipping delay, please contact Bridal Spree immediately with the date by which you need the veil.
